Silverlake and Echo Park residents deal with power outages during heat wave

The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power says 70,000 customers lost power during the heat wave. While the power returned to some, other neighbors were left without electricity for over 24 hours. Tracey Leong reports for the NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on Sept. 8, 2024.
