‘SoLa Impact' to transform and build affordable housing units in South LA

Martin Muoto says people thought he was crazy when reacting to his vision to transform Los Angeles. Muoto is the CEO of SoLa Impact, a development company working to build 3,000 affordable housing units in South LA. Ted Chen reports for the NBC4 News on Feb. 22, 2024.
