After a year of staff cuts and risky working conditions, many restaurant employees left the industry. Now, restaurants in the South Bay area are struggling to find employees – and one employer is offering incentives to those who apply. Kim Baldonado reports for NBC4 on Tuesday, June 8, 2021.
