Stocks plunge as fallout from Trump's new tariffs continue

A lot of uncertainty and anxiety as the markets meltdown for the second day in a row after President Trump’s new tariffs, but one expert tells NBC4 that he is optimistic that the president’s plan will work out. Darsha Philips reports for the NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on April 4, 2025.
