Toxic Smoke from Dock Fire Raises Safety Questions

Amid the renovations that the Port of LA has undergone in recent years, older wooden docks preserved in creosote still remain—including the one that burned Monday night. The toxic smoke from the burning chemical caused plenty of safety concerns among nearby residents. Patrick Healy reports from Wilmington for the NBC4 News at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2014.
