Weakening Isaac Continues to Pound NOLA

Isaac was downgraded to a tropical depression Thursday, but continues to dump heavy rain in several states, leaving behind severe flooding and heavy damage. Several people had to be rescued. Angie Crouch reports from Mandeville, Louisiana, for the NBC4 News at 6 p.m. on Aug. 30, 2012.
