Residents Told to Stop Drinking City's Contaminated Water

Jesus Castaneda says he received a letter from the water company telling him to stop drinking his well water because it contains nitrates, a chemical used in explosives. Residents in Wildomar and Menifee are also being told to stop drinking the water until the city decides what to do next.
