Veteran's Family Makes a Connection in LA

A veteran from rural Oregon, wounded overseas by a car bomb and plagued by terrible pain, was accepted to a treatment program at UCLA that has improved his condition. He and his family stayed with a West LA “buddy” family, and both families learned the shared far more than they expected.
