As a member of independent organizations that form the Boys & Girls Clubs of America Movement, the Roy W. Roberts, II Watts/Willowbrook Boys & Girls Club is located in the heart of Watts, a two mile area in South Central Los Angeles that is home to five housing projects, multiple gang territories and homeless encampments.
Our programs, from education to recreation, provide local kids with the skills, support network and experiences necessary for them to grow into healthy, successful young adults.
At the WWBGC, the majority of our kids are fighting to be first generation high school graduates, while their families struggle financially. Join the WWBGC Tutoring Team today to make a difference in the life of a child, and in the future of an entirely neglected, under-resourced and challenge-stricken community -- Watts, Willowbrook, and Compton.
