At Westside Children’s Center, we provide thousands of at-risk children and their families with high-quality early education programs, family strengthening interventions, foster care and adoption services, and a range of vital, integrated services, including disabilities screenings/advocacy, nutrition, parenting classes, counseling, bilingual domestic violence classes, dental and vision screenings, pediatric health consultations, and more.
Help us keep WCC’s children’s garden beautiful. The garden is enjoyed by our children and families and also plays a vital role in classroom learning, STEM enrichment, and nutrition programming. Gardening knowledge is not required, as training will be provided; however, horticulture volunteers with experience are highly needed. Great for volunteers with weekday availability and who enjoy being outdoors. Open to small groups or individuals as one-time service days or ongoing commitments. To volunteer, click here.
