Woman Shot to Death in Car in San Bernardino

A woman was shot to death behind the wheel of her car in San Bernardino, making her the 40th murder this year in San Bernardino. Police are still looking for a motive and asks the public to report any information they may have. Annette Arreola reports for the NBC4 News at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 21, 2016.
