The Los Angeles County Fire Department was working to contain a brush fire that ignited Saturday afternoon in Agoura Hills.

The county Board of Supervisors directed its Office of Emergency Management today to establish task forces to assist recovery efforts for residents and communities impacted by the Bridge Fire.

Containment figures neared 100 percent for two major Southern California wildfires in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside counties with isolated flare-ups reported for a third that started earlier in September.
