When a show announces a live, on-stage reunion, a devoted viewer tends to picture those characters he or she loved best, with the hope that the actor who portrayed the character will make it to the big night.
And while any reunion involving "Lost" is sure to bring out the major players, we just have to ask: Is the Smoke Monster or polar bear showing up? And, if so, do they need directions to the Dolby Theatre?
Because the watercoolery buzz-freak-out known as "Lost" will indeed be celebrating its 10th anniversary there, with a cast and creative reunion, on Sunday, March 16. It's one of the starry centerpieces of the 31st annual PaleyFest, the annual springtime round-up of television casts chatting living on stage, with each other and audience members.
But PaleyFest's starry elements go beyond the passengers of Oceanic Flight 815. The opening night is another reunion, the cast and creative people of "Veronica Mars," and, yep, there shall be movie talk.
The closing night? That's "American Horror Story: Coven."
Other cast Q&Aing shall include "The Mindy Project," "Masters of Sex," "Orange Is the New Black," "Community," and a "How I Met Your Mother" farewell.
Truly, there are no contenders when it comes to strictly television-focused cast extravaganzas. Comic-Con, you're up there, but we're talking TV-only. This is the Biggie, capital B.

The fest runs from March 13 through 28, and, yep, tickets can be a sticky wicket. Members of the Paley Center for Media have first crack at the multi-event tickets, starting on Saturday, Jan. 11, and the general public can try for theirs on Monday, Jan. 13. Individual tickets go on sale a few days later.
Note, though, that nights become so sold-out that they make other sold-out things look fairly empty, by comparison.
And happy first decade, "Lost." Seriously, see if you can get the polar bear to amble on stage at the Dolby. Surely he has a few funny blooper reel-type memories to share?
