First Alert Forecast: Rain and Snow Start Falling Monday Night, Get Heavier on Tuesday

Rain will be falling very heavily, starting Monday night in parts of the desert. The heaviest part of the storm will hit Tuesday, but Ventura County will be the first part of SoCal hit Monday, and winds will pick up even earlier. Belen De Leon has the forecast for Monday, Dec. 13, 2021.
